Chris and Drew completely sorted our central heating system. They unblocked three radiators, got the system clear, fixed the boiler, installed a pump and a new radiator and as a bonus sorted our kitchen taps. They are obviously very knowledgable and have the right gear and tools etc . They were very polite, on time, great with communications, and we will be happy to use them again.

Very happy to highly recommend Essential PHG. They replaced a pump set and water tank in my loft, and installed a replacement in the garage. The team is very professional and efficient, did the work quickly but properly (stayed late on a Friday night to get it all done), and were easy to communicate with to plan the job and very friendly throughout.
Informative, quick and tidy. Changed my chunky old water softener to one that gives me more space under my sink. Also moved my diy tap to a better spot. Great guy, will use again.
